Promotions Team
What it is
The Promotions Team helps people feel personally invited into Fertile Ground. This role focuses on relational outreach—sharing invitations, building awareness, and helping guests feel there is a real home and community here.
What You’ll Do
Share Salon invitations through trusted relationships
Forward approved messages via WhatsApp, text, email, and social channels
Encourage personal “bring-a-friend” outreach
Help guests feel connected to the Salon, the Facilitator, and the community
Participate in a weekly Promotions meeting
Share feedback on what’s resonating in the community
Tools you’ll use
Graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, or similar)
Video design tools of your choice
Messenger apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger)
SMS text and email
Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
Messaging collaboratively provided by the team
Time ask
Weekly: ~3–4 hours, including a 1-hour meeting
Ongoing work throughout the Salon cycle
